“I am very satisfied with the service and quality of the items I bought which were composite boards. The arrived well packaged and on time, when I needed additional boards the company expedited them overnight, this was great as I needed to complete the job on time. I will definitely use North Valley Composites again.”

“Bought some samples to check suitability to replace existing composite panels in my gate. Unfortunately, I think they are still too heavy for what I need. I'll probably have to get some aluminium infills instead. Service was fast and efficient. Thank you”

“Unbelievable and faultless service I received 7 damaged boards called spoke to a very helpful member of staff emailed over the pictures and had 7 new boards on my doorstep the very next morning with no push backs. Would recommend and use again also the product is very good quality.”

Hi Teresa, I can't find your email! But we will resend your samples with Fedex today FOC, they usually go with Royal Mail Second class. So sorry about the delay!

“So Far So Good, Called sales office, they were very polite and efficient sent samples of product. Upon receipt very impressed. Now awaiting the gate manufacturer to collect in order to construct to exact size. After which order will be placed. Very impressive alternative to hardwood and will be maintenance free.”

Hi Rob, We are really sorry your samples haven't arrived, we will resend them 1st class today for you! We have recently had some problems with Royal Mail deliveries, but rest assured the final product comes with a different courier on a next day service. Hi Troy, As per our telephone conversation yesterday, I can only apologise for the delay in your samples, the samples you originally ordered were not the cladding, so we have resent the cladding samples multiple times, it seems the courier must have lost them, or there has been a delay, they were previously sent 2nd class, but after we spoke yesterday, I personally made sure they were resent 1st class, and even posted them myself. We can only apologise again, They should be with you by tomorrow at the latest Katie & NVC team.

“I wish all companies had a representative like I’ve spoken with today when ordering my new composite fencing , so helpful understanding exactly what I meant . Cheerful , patience. “Having dealt with North Valley Forge on many occasions. As I was thinking of changing the wood in my gates to composite I thought I would give them a go. I surely wasn't disappointed, delivery was super fast and the boarding was well-packaged and looks great in the gates. Communication was great and was at a very competitive price, so stick with who you know. I would highly recommend North Valley Composite. Thank you once again, Darren.”
