“I ordered the dress and it was delivered promptly. Dress was beautiful but I am a size 8 and it was very big on me. I returned the dress and was notified of a refund. There was a bit of a delay with this but the staff could not be more helpful - emails sent to me promptly and my refund was done within the time scale they advised. I would definitely recommend this company.”

The dresses have always arrived within a few days and if , for any reason , you have to return an item the return service is so simple and efficient. “I ordered a dress in January 2024 for my son’s wedding at the end of February 2024. The dress was not going to be available until the end of January and I was worried that if delayed I would not receive it in time. However I need not have worried, it was dispatched before that date and when it came it was beautiful, so much more beautiful than the photos and very well packaged!! It fit like a glove.
