“Purchased a dress for my daughters wedding - couldn’t be more happier it’s stunning - ordered a size 18 which has come up slightly smaller than expected but gives me the incentive to shed a few pounds!”

“I ordered the dress and it was delivered promptly. Dress was beautiful but I am a size 8 and it was very big on me. I returned the dress and was notified of a refund. There was a bit of a delay with this but the staff could not be more helpful - emails sent to me promptly and my refund was done within the time scale they advised. The dresses have always arrived within a few days and if , for any reason , you have to return an item the return service is so simple and efficient.
