“Was a good product however on delivery products where damaged. Could not wait for change of panel as we had labour in to complete this work however minimal and able to hide at low levels. Otherwise profit was good finish and easy to work with. When cutting around tv section and speaker bars strips would become loose from felt backing so had to nail this directly. All in all not a bad product. They were able to provide a good refund on the damaged products.”

Hi Kunal, Thank you for your review. We sincerely apologise that your order was damaged during delivery. Whilst damages are very uncommon they can, unfortunately, occur in transit. We would have certainly replaced your damaged panel but we understand you could not wait for this to arrive as you already had fitters there ready to install. “Just received my grey felt acupanels and I couldn't be happier with the product, top class quality! I would like to thank Aimee from the customer care group for her continued help and support, she was amazing in helping me and keeping me updated when I had a few issues with Spanish customs on imports, if only there were more Aimee's in the world, NatureWall should be extremely proud to have you, thank you for all your help we are in love with our panels!”

“Althought weve had contact with yourselves regatding the woodworm with this £700 purchase which you state has been treated when weve opened all the boxes it seems all the panels have wood worm marks some with up to 40 holes . Certainly substandard product and certainly not like the sample we ordered either. Some panels arent glued on and fall off . Would not recommend this to anyone steer clear. Not worth the money very disappointed had to buy woodworm treatment spray and try and salvage usable pieces. What we wanted as a feature wall it seems now a woodworm feature instead”

As the wood is 100% Recycled Teak wood from traditional Javanese houses and fishing boats there will be natural variation in texture throughout the planks. This is a key feature of the product however if you had advised us that you were not happy with the overall look we could have certainly arranged for the order to be collected and exchanged or refunded depending on your preference. We believe this issue was raised with our customer service team who confirmed that the product is treated for woodworm and mildew. Following confirmation of that, you kindly provided positive feedback on the customer service you received. Due to this, we were unaware that you were dissatisfied with your order. “The panels are brill, I ordered 3 to make a accent area on my wall, it looks fab with my colour decor. Would recommend. I do think there needs to be more videos to show you how to fit around sockets or anything that is already fixed on the wall. Other than that, very affective and the best look, in my opinion is to glue it on the wall as it looks better than screwing them.”
