“I've been buying dog food from My Pet Warehouse for more than ten years. They still have the best prices, very expedient delivery and the only time I ever contacted customer service, they were polite and professional, despite the fact that my misconception had nothing whatsoever to do with them.”

“My recent order arrived quickly and it was well packaged. It's very easy to order from the website and they have a good loyalty scheme. As a customer who has registered I find the order history very useful as mostly I repeat order with a few new extras. I have one small issue regarding my latest order regarding a treat product swap, I'm assuming something was out of stock and a substitute was made. Mostly this isn't a problem but occasionally there have been treats that disagrees with my dogs digestion so I'd prefer a credit just to be on the safe side.”

“We regularly order Devini dog food from My Pet Warehouse . They always have the full range of flavours which means our wee dog has a varied menu. Not only that but I get 3% discount on every order. They use DPD for delivery and they are superb in our area , basically I order day 1 & it is delivered in full , securely packaged , on day 2. Fantastic service.”
