“I heard about Notch through Crohn's & Colitis UK. It's a much nicer quality bracelet than I was expecting and I'm using mine as a medical ID. It's secure, the notches don't snag my colthes and isn't irritating my skin. I plan to add my ICE contact details to it. WIll be getting hubby a leather bracelet for our wedding anniversary and a a loop for a muched loved colleague's retirement gift. Ordering was easy, delivery was sooner than expected and I was kept up to date on the progress of my order via email.”

“Fantastic service, easy website to use, speedy service. Amazing at replying to emails! Will 💯 use you again and I've told all my running friends 🥰 I first bought one for my son at Christmas 🎄 but from a jewellery shop, I was amazed at your products when I looked online, can't wait to order more. I'm getting one for myself for my running, looking forward to hitting 10k so I can purchase the charm. Thank you 😊”

“Customer service was fabulous.Victoria was extremely helpful. Arrived promptly,hopefully a happy recipient when his birthday comes along. The only slight negative is the clasp and the notch don’t match in colour but I don’t think that will spoil the gift.”

“I bought myself a Notch bracelet to celebrate finishing the C25K programme, and love wearing it. Can't wait to add to it when I've completed my first Race for Life in Summer. If I could improve anything, I'd say try and reduce the packaging. I ordered three charms and a bracelet, and they all arrived on the same day in three different packets! It might be because two were parkrun notches, but would be worth trying to merge the orders?”
