“Have delivered my orders days late on several occasions. Lowered prices on the day that I ordered but still charged me the higher price of £80 more When I complained they offered me a 5% discount but no refund of the £80”

“Prompt service, encouraging and detailed feedback. Would 100% recommend. One caveat is the repeated technical issues experienced logging into the site (account gets disabled, I have to email to get my reset my password), but these also get resolved promptly.”
