About MOUTH ULCERS & GUMS:

The Mouth Ulcers Shop is a specialist online store developed for people who like myself suffer from uncomfortable mouth conditions that impact upon their quality of life. The most commonly experienced conditions in the UK adult population including gum disease (75-80%), mouth ulcers (20-30%) and dry mouth (15-20%). While the causes are often different and varied the conditions are themselves linked, so in simplistic terms once your oral health is compromised by one you are very likely to experience another. Professional guidance is therefore to treat the symptoms and where possible managing the underlying cause.

Initial purchase never delivered. Mouth Ulcer offered to send another delivery. However second delivery was not product ordered. Finally at third attempt delivery made. Everybody makes mistakes. It's how they are rectified that is defining.

Terrible experience. I never received the package, the company couldn't share a tracking number and they refused to reimburse the shipping costs. I definitely don't recommend their services.

Hi Jan, We are very sorry about this. Our system shows that your order was shipped on the 30th November. Due to the ongoing Royal Mail Strikes, there may have been a delay in delivery. However, you should have received your parcel by now. I was charged double tax and import fees. They aren’t set up for business in the EEA after Brexit so be careful!

After three weeks the order still hasn't arrived. A query was not answered. No tracking number was sent.

This shipping option does not come with any tracking. As you have still not received your order, unfortunately, I can only assume that it has been lost during delivery. It is with immense regret I give this product one star. It did absolutely nothing for my ulcers and I bought two of them so sadly they're in the bin. It does not attach itself to the ulcer and gives ZERO relief.

This product was bought to help with dry mouth at night, it didnt help because I had to keep swallowing which prevented me from sleeping.

I made a booking by phone for an item as I am going through mouth radiotherapy. The item I requested I needed urgently and said this to sales team. A week later it turned up by 2nd class post. I sent the company an email via there website and they didn’t have the courtesy to respond. Great product bad service
