“amazing and quick service”

“Bought 2 Fornasetti coasters as a gift. They are loved! Delivery was great and on time too”

“Sadly the cardigan I ordered did not flatter me but the service from Minox from start to refund was perfect and could not be faulted in anyway.”

“Had to return my coat as it was too big. They promised to hold the smaller size for me as an exchange, but then didn't respond to any further emails. They had obviously sold the smaller one but couldn't be bothered to let me know. Updated my rating, as I had a very nice email from the director of Minox!”

“Kind, prompt, honest service. Charming on the phone, quick to reply to emails, returns free. The have a stock of attractive designer clothes, and one order I was thrilled with, so kept, the other, sadly tho' XXS, was so fashionably oversized it was still too big (I'm only 5' 2") so was returned. Refunded the day after they received the item back. The website I find confusing, and mentioned this to them. They are aware of it, but re-design is difficult and takes time...”

“Abrupt and unhelpful on the phone when order was delayed. Theres no second chance for a first impression! I’m not spending money here again! Very poor service!”
