Here’s the important stuff we should tell you about. We don’t encourage non-smokers to smoke and we don’t encourage non-vapers to vape. But if you’re a smoker who wants to quit, or you’re a vaper who wants clean, quality, low-cost e-liquids, we’re here for you.

We’re a family business, started by passionate vapers in 2014. We successfully quit smoking ourselves and experienced the health benefits. Now our mission is to educate and help others to make the same life change.

“I first visited your store as a smoker over 4 years ago, I knew I wanted to stop smoking cigarettes but after many, many years of trying numerous options, including medication I still found my way back to that pack of cigarettes. I disliked the smell on my clothes and myself following having just had a cigarette but knew I would need more than willpower alone so I visited your store. Before this visit, I must say that I was very intimidated by vape shops as often they are full of “hip” looking young adults creating massive clouds and talking technical details of which I had no idea what it meant, however my first visit went amazingly! I explained to them what I was looking for and I was treated amazingly, everything was explained jargon free, I was offered flavours to try and even different vapes until I found the right fit for me. I have been a loyal customer since, all team members are brilliant, always have smiles on their faces and happy to help with any advice I’ve needed. The team you have guarantee that I do not need to look elsewhere for any vaping needs and actually feel confident to visit and ask for any support and of course stock up on supplies. Keep it up!”

“Everything I visit Gaywood Medusa Juice, no matter who serves me, I am always met with a sincere welcome and a beaming smile. Its the only place I like to go to get my juice. The range is fantastic, I have tried other brands and honestly, nothing compares. I think nothing of a 20 mile round trip. Its worth it.”

“I broke the glass on my vape and just popped in on the off chance that they had one and found the lads that worked in the King's Lynn branch really helpful and they certainly knew what they were talking about. I could not get the replacement glass that I wanted but they fitted a new one that was a little different from the one that I had but works a little better. I always find the lads helpful and polite and very cheerful and the service second to none so Medusa Juice is now my number one choice.”

“I have been taking CBD for a couple of years . . I have found it very hard to find a range that actually works and most of it can be way over priced . I have found medusa genetics to be a great product and a very good price . Great customer service . . Thank you for your help . CBD can be a great addition to your life and wellbeing. So happy i found a product that actually works for me and my family . Way too many people selling not good CBD products . I have waisted alot of time and money . . I carnt thank you all anuff for the advice . Your product has realy changed my life . Thank you so much”
