“I was delighted to find this product being sold by Maqio at a considerably lower price than amazon but was sceptical as I hadn't heard of his company before. After double checking other reviews, I was satisfied and went ahead with my order. Great service, great communication. Product received swiftly and packaged well. Would use this company again.”

“Prompt delivery and competitive pricing on what appears to be quite a ‘hard to find’ item. Could have been better packaged though; the item was rattling around in a large box with very little in the way of protective packaging, and the box arrived quite badly damaged. Its contents were miraculously unscathed though.”

“Fantastic, hadn’t heard of the website before and kind of stumbled across it, so glad I did, exactly what I needed was there and it was better priced than every place I’d tried to find my little ones present!! “I purchased 2 items a Disney frozen doll set and individual Anna frozen doll that had a light up skirt, the doll arrived and did not light up so I contacted customer service and explained this and wanted to return as it wasn’t working, only to be told to change the batteries first as they couldn’t accept it as faulty. As a present for a friends daughter I couldn’t open it and destroy the packaging so i refused to. They wouldn’t pay for the return so I had to pay myself. Absolutely disgusting service. When you purchase an item that has a function it should work for the consumer to show them what it does. The consumer should not have to replace batteries, which please note ‘where not demo ones’ on a new item purchased. Would never purchase from this company again.”

“customer service is first class-I ordered the complete set of BTS (apart from one doll that was OOS), one of them arrived damaged and it cost an email to have it replaced. I keep checking their website for more 'juicy' stuff, sometimes their prices are so good it makes you wonder how massive the back of that truck could have possibly been 🤣🤣 thank you very much for your excellent service!”
