“Bought the scratch map and paid to have it framed. Took about 10 days to arrive and I hadn’t realised from the description that it would be framed without glass. Given the price of framing I assumed there would be glass. I appreciate that it’s a scratch map hence why it would be left able to be scratched but I wanted the glass there to stop the kids scratching bits off for fun and ruining it so fairly pointless and waste of money. Had I realised I would have arranged framing myself.”

“Very slow response from company. Sent a couple of emails to them as website kept saying I'd left paid items in basket, which was concerning as it was a gift. Eventually had to order it off Amazon as I didn't think it was going to arrive in time. They eventually replied the day the duplicate item arrived.”

“Loved this item for my Sons birthday. Easy to order and good delivery. sadly the box it came in dioes look a little 'tired' which is a shame as it is for a gift but the item inside is great. Hence 4 not 5 stars.”

“We couldn’t be happier with the customer service we received. We were called back promptly and both Luckies staff members could not have been more helpful. We needed a framed version of the stunning scratch map delivered the next day and Levi made it her priority to get this for us. She contacted the framers in person and kept us up to speed with regular email updates. Sure enough the map arrived early the next day in time for a birthday celebration and was a huge success. Will definitely be using Luckies again next time we need a really original, one off gift.”
