“I purchased the Scratch Map Deluxe as a gift, it arrived quickly and exactly as described. I own the Original Scratch Map myself and get lots of use out of it.”

“I ordered the scratch map but it was lost by the shipping company. After a few emails I was able to get a replacement and it arrived fast. Grateful for the good customer service.”

“Customer service is really poor. Written several emails but never reply. Think twice before you order cus they never replied my message for returning or replacing my product👎👎👎👎👎 I will never make any orders again.”

“It was incredibly difficult to purchase the map we wanted and it missed the special day it was supposed to mark. Luckies directed me to Not on the High St as they didn’t do gift wrapping (odd for a company specialising in gifts?). Three days after accepting my order, the company on NOTHS informed me they were out of stock of the framed version. They refunded me and I went back to Luckies to buy it un gift wrapped and delivered four days after the event 😞”

“The map arrived damaged It doesn’t even show half the popular cities It was meant to be a gift, thank god I opened it to see if it’s ok to gift as it was my first time using the website!! Very frustrated . Avoid! I ended up purchasing a new one from Amazon for half the price and it was in immaculate condition. Tried to contact the customer services at LUCKIES but they never pick up the phone so I’m now left with a map I will not even use.”

“Luckies is a website offering you the chance to buy something very original and something you won’t get on the high street too the range of gifts is extensive and many are original and bring a smile to your face as you choose the item knowing the recipient will have a big smile too I have bought quite a few times from Luckies and recommended them to others I have never had any issues whatsoever and delivery is prompt and secure toothe price range is extensive and there’s always a little gem as you go through the website so what’s not to like people do yourselves a favour and have a look through today”
