Hi this was my second order, i had a minor problem with a hole in a lid for a bung/bubbler, lovebrewing sorted the problem and even sent me another lid, both orders were delivered within 3days of placing the order, very well packaged, my only complaint would be that i feel the delivery charge is a bit high, i prefer a higher initial item cost with free postage AJG July 2022
