“My partner, daughter and I drove up from Airdrie to buy a new car seat as my partner had seen a lot of positive things about Little Peas, so we took a trip up. The place doesn't look like much from the outside, but the service we got inside was absolutely outstanding. We had an appointment booked, however turned up early. We were greeted but both staff were with customers so we had a browse about. Our daughter was 15 months at the time (it was the 10th of March) and the place was very open, which allowed her space to run about. We were greeted by a member of staff Carol, who started asking about the type of seat that we were looking for, but my partner had already done a lot of research and had narrowed it down to two. Carol took us to the area where they could be set up and tested on the in-store car seats and brought over the two we'd asked. She put one after the other on and talked us through every step, ensuring that we were understanding how the car seat would fit. While she was doing this, she was giving a lot of professional info on the chairs, with pros and cons. She was very honest, but professional with how she put this across. Me and my partner asked for a bit of time to discuss, where she left to go and serve other customers. When we made our decision, we let her know and she came back as soon as she could. After this she took the car seat and installed it in our car. We had picked one with tethers that went under the car seat rails, and she had a bit of difficulty getting them in, but she persevered and managed to get it for us. Again, she talked me through things step by step and ensured that I was happy at each point. Overall, Carol was extremely knowledgable about the seats and also very honest and professional. Both staff members were also very kind and entertaining my daughter at points too. The service was extremely personal and They're very good at what they do. It's been around a month since we bought our car seat but we're really happy with it (my partner especially) and my daughter seems to love it too. Would highly recommend Little Peas and have a lot of praise for Carol and the service we received then. Thank you! We also bought direct from store so none of the delivery questions are applicable.”

“Excellent service! Rang on Wednesday with a query and received callback same day with information. Placed order at 10.30 am on Thursday, buggy delivered to Nottinghamshire by 10.15 am on Friday. Would highly recommend Little Peas, 5 star service all the way.”

“Little Peas are one of the few places who stock the child car seat I wanted. In my experience, the customer service I received was absolutely 10/10. The order was processed and dispatched very quickly and when I thought there had been an error on the part of the delivery company, my email was answered promptly and with great reassurance. There was no issue in the end but I have every confidence that the staff at Little Peas would have helped in any way they could. I recommend this retailer highly. Thank you for a great service.”

“I bought a car seat from little peas in the Black Friday sales. It arrived to me in Northern Ireland very quickly (within a few days). The aftercare from little peas has been next to none, with them providing support through Facebook messaging to guide me with fitting of the seat in the car and then fitting my little one into the seat. Thank you a For all the support 😊”

“Bought a pram and a car seat from here and I absolutely love them both. The quality is gorgeous! Delivery was really quick and customer service has been second to none :) I love it when customer service actually read your email and respond to you like a human. There seems to be an increasing number of companies copy-pasting some sort of generic template or completely disregarding questions in their response so when I have real communication, with a company like Little Peas, it really stands out in a positive way. Thank you!”
