“We've previously purchased car seats from Little Peas by visiting their showroom, however having moved North last year and needing to purchase a forward-facing car seat as our son had outgrown his rear-facing seat, we decided to try ordering through their website. We found the process quick, simple and hassle free. The website had all the information we needed to choose a replacement seat and once ordered we were kept informed at each stage as it was processed. The new seat arrived when expected and our son is delighted.”

“Bought 2 of the brand new Britax max safe pro car seats on a pre order, once they arrived in-store were quickly shipped and received next day. Excellent customer service got back to message really quickly. Would happily buy from again and highly recommend 😃”

“Fantastic experience and customer service from Little Peas. I was desperately searching the internet for a baby changing bag which had been discontinued and noticed on their website it was available. I quickly emailed to confirm and Olivia was super helpful and confirmed they had one in stock they could add to the website for me to order and check out. I checked out instantly at the bag arrived at my door the next day! 10/10 customer service thank you so much!”

“Little Peas are a wonderful company, with excellent customer service. I rang to ask a few questions about the car seat I was buying and the employee was knowledgeable and very kind. She also explained that as I was spending over a certain amount 2 day delivery was guaranteed (which I needed). Upon paying, I paid the extra postage- just incase as I needed it to arrive quickly. I then found the next day, that I had been reimbursed the extra postage cost as it wasn’t needed. For a company to do this on their own. I thought was lovely with the customers at the forefront of their minds. I would most definitely recommend Little Peas and will be ordering from them when I next need too. Big thanks to all involved!”

“Really great experience in store- staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and knew when to give us time to test out prams ourself but also when to step in and assist or give advice. Great store as well with plenty of space and grass, curbs and hills to test out the pram wheels. Left store to think about purchase over a couple of weeks and then called back to ask a question before ordering online- again staff on phone very helpful and website ordering easy to use. Highly recommend- we came through from Edinburgh on a recommendation and very glad we did!”

“I contacted little peas regarding a nuns diaper bag in caviar colourwhich I could not find on any other website online as out of stock! Alan was was very helpful over the phone to check whether stock is available. I was told item is available and placed order with it being dispatched on same day! Very good customer service.”
