“After waiting quite a while for the delivery! No fault of Kingfisher, poor courier service the Grit Box arrived It is a very high quality item and looks very sturdy It’s exactly what I wanted and I can see it lasting for many years to come Thank you for the purchase Kingfisher”

“Very poor service. I placed an order on their website, which stated “dispatch time 1-2 days”, but never heard anything for 2 weeks. I gave them a call and was told “if you placed an online order then we may not have seen it”!!!! The advisor then said she would ship the items that day by next day courier. Three days later they arrived…… Beware!”

We're very sorry to hear that your experience was not up to the high standard that we strive for at Kingfisher and that your order was not dispached and delivered with in our normal time frames. I can see that our customer service team acted quickly after you contacted us to get your order dispatched only for this to be misrouted by the courier we used and then (frustratingly) delivered on a Saturday. We have investigated why this happened and now put new measures into place to stop this from being happening again in the future. Thanks ever so much for taking the call from our sales manager, Eric Styles and providing us with so much valuable feedback. Please do let us know if you need anything in the future.
