Thank you for your feedback and for your custom. We apologise if you feel the service level is not as expected. We have improved our shipping times and product availability. Unfortunately, the past couple of years did have a domino effect on many things, including factories and suppliers closing. We are continuing to arrange alternative sources in case of unpredicted events happening again and we are working hard to get our stock levels back to what they used to be.

“I have been involved with IDS probably from its beginning and watched it grow into a wonderful costume and accessory empire I have enjoyed show case events over the years and although perhaps now one of your smallest schools I know I can rely on phoning Jan and between us we usually manage to get what we need. “In my opinion , IDS give an exceptional level of service . The ordering process is incredibly easy . You know if an item is in stock and if not when to expect it. Updates given regularly on back orders . Fast delivery service , careful packaging and returns system straight forward . Very professional company , quality goods and competitive pricing .
