“Love the IDS costumes but our last purchase of the basic valour tutus had to be sent back as they were all to small. The parents even went a size up to make them last but didn’t fit 9 out of the 14 ordered 😢”

The manufacturers all work to different sizing standards and we publish their sizing charts to try to help you get the correct size but are aware that this does not guarantee a perfect fit. I am sure the customer service team will help you get the correct ones.

“Absolutely fabulous yet again. I have been using IDS since they first started when the catalogue was more of a pamphlet! Kate in the showroom is so knowledgeable about what IDS has to offer and always goes above and beyond to help get the required look/theme. I would definitely recommend a showroom visit if you can as things can look very different in real life than in the catalogue. I believe IDS listens to their customers needs and are trying to offer a price bracket for all budgets in these difficult times. Nice to know customer service still exists. Thank you IDS.”
