“Excellent company would recommend to all searching for a reliable company to gain finance on a vehicle. I have just gone through my second purchase of a vehicle with Motorlend and Sayan from sales and Hasan from aftersales once again provided top notch service and gave me thorough assitance throughout the process. Very fast communication and extremely friendly/professional. Both are valuble assets to your company. Thanks guys it was a pleasure once again. Worth noting my first vehicle sourced outside of Motorlends car portal had to be rejected due to multiple issues (Outside Dealer to blame not Motorlend) I was assigned to a lady called Leanne -(complaints manager) she was fantastic throughout and helped assist me through the daunting process from start until finish making it much smoother. Many thanks once again to the three of you for helping me to get back on the road. Exceptional staff 🙏👏🏻 Would recommend to all seeking a reliable company for vehicle finance. They literally will help you through any good or bad situation that you may face in relation to purchasing finance vehicles 🙏👏🏻👌🏻 Many thanks.”

“I was having a look online and enquired via a form on motorlemd website. Within the hour my application was being processed. I was giving an account manager (Ginette) who was extremely helpful, assisted me and answered all my questions. Going from that I sent over all my documents to her who then dealt with the finance company for me. Within 2 days I was accepted. I was originally accepted for a 10k loan but Ginette spoke with the finance team and managed to secure me up to a 15k loan meaning I could purchase the car I had been looking at. Fast forward on to day 4 my car was secured and sold to me. When I was going to collect my car, I called my after sales rep Claire who also was extremely helpful and had the money deposited to the garage within 3 minutes of my phone call. Within 5 days, my finance was accepted, car was secured and collected. Thank you so much, the garage I collected my car from even commented on how much of a pleasure motorlend were as a company to deal with. Thank you again!”
