“Had what I can only say was a straight forward purchase of my new car. From start to finish. On time, did what they said they would. They then handed me to Claire. Claire was to complete the final handover of the car. Again all was fine very professionally by Claire. She did what she said she would do and when she said she would. Even the salesman said that was very easy I must say. Which it seamed to be, they had paid a deposit and with just the balance to pay on pick up. I thought this is going to be a long afternoon, I left the garage 35 minutes after walking in driving my new car, what a great service.”

“I had great communication from the start of the process. It was quick and easy. The confirmation from the finance team did take a while (nearly 2 weeks) but once it was approved, choosing and getting my new car was very quick. I had contact with an after sales team member, Hasan, that supported me through the signing of documents and contacting the dealer to confirm delivery of my new car. He was friendly and helped me until the car was on my drive. Overall great service”

“From the initial application to delivery of the car, motorlend have been great. Hassan in particular has been superb. I work night shifts in the ambulance service and he has been sensitive to this making sure to call me at times that are suitable and taken my job into consideration. Every detail has been discussed and reiterated to make sure I have been aware of every aspect of the process from start to finish. Thanks Hassan- your an asset to your company!”
