“Very essay process from navigating the website through to ordering and paying. Beautiful fresh fish. I ordered Huss and it was very meaty with a wonderful flavour. Cooked some of it in a white liquor sauce and the rest wrapped in prosciutto ham cooked in tin foil with butter and garlic. Will definitely be ordering again and would highly recommend using this company.”
