“I had a smaller garden unit built as an office / homebrewery in SW London and could not be happier with the excellent finished product and good customer service. Highlights have been, good finished product, responsive to questions, efficient and friendly contractors, able to accommodate any requests. I usually prefer to leave a comment on what could be better, but in this case I struggle to come up with anything relevant.”

“Excellent product and service, everyone who was involved in my home office's construction were pleasant and helpful to deal with. I love the finished result, it really is the best way to add space to your home without hassle or major expense. Mine is to be used as a photographic studio, but to be honest I love it so much, I think I'd just have one anyway as it adds extra space to my home perfectly and i just like sitting in it and looking at the garden!”

“We simply love our Expression Garden Studio, I cannot rate this company highly enough. The whole experience from the easy to use on-line configurator, visiting the showroom which is packed with inspiration and ideas, the sales support team, the ground workers, Tom and his team of installers this week, working in very difficult weather conditions right through to the electricians and finally the blinds being fitted. The whole experience has been first class from start to finish.”

“Extremely pleased with our new home office. The guys who installed the office, painter and electrician and also the blind fitter were all very professional. “Extremely impressed with Green Retreats from start to finish We ordered a 7 x 4m Pinnacle cabin From the initial survey, flexibility with the online configuration, customer service responsiveness and excellent quality of workmanship - it’s been a seamless and very efficient and consistently high quality experience from start to end I had a number of queries and requests, which were all dealt with very efficiently. My wife and I are very happy with the end result We’ve worked with other building / renovation companies in the past - but this was by far the best experience Each of the specialist workers (foundation, plasterer, painter, electrician, aircon) were very consultative and capable, as was the customer service rep (Rachel) In particular I’d like to call out Matt and his team who did the bulk of the work building the cabin, working tirelessly until late in the evening to get the job done on time. Really excellent Thank you”

“We looked at several online suppliers of garden rooms but settled on Green Retreats for a couple of reasons; firstly, for their attractive, modern design and secondly, we liked the all-inclusive pricing. The end to end process of configuring the building, placing the order, ground works, installation and post sales service was outstanding. The build quality and the materials are all of the highest order. Communication was excellent at all stages. Even when there were a couple of small snagging issues post build, the Green Retreats team drove out to our property and resolved these quickly and professionally. The project is now nearly complete and the building looks stunning and its surroundings. It has definitely exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend Green Retreats to anyone looking to buy a garden room.”

“We are delighted with our new Green Retreats garden room which had its final fit last week. The whole process, from visiting the showroom (which was extremely useful), through survey, ordering and various stages of building has been well managed and well executed. Our customer service contact, Celia Hodgson, has been very helpful and supportive throughout. All the build teams have been professional, friendly, hardworking and made a good job of clearing the site at the end of each visit. The only issue which caused slight disappointment and frustration was lack of communication when planned visits were changed on 2 occasions and I was not informed, but had to phone the office to ask where the expected teams were! However, this only caused a day’s delay each time and customer service was very apologetic and sorted it promptly. Overall, our experience with Green Retreats has been excellent and I would definitely recommend them. We have been so excited to start using the lovely new space this weekend. Thank you to all the teams involved.”

“From start to finish there was no pressure to buy, we were treated with respect by everyone, questions were answered fully, nothing was too much trouble for any one. The teams who built the retreat were polite, clean, tidy and very efficient. They left no rubbish, clearing up as they went and put up with my questions when I was home. The office ladies were also very helpful and patient with my worries. The whole experience was much less stressful than I expected and we now have the most beautiful “Sewing Sanctuary” for me to enjoy. It is also a beautiful structure to look at from the house. We will have no hesitation in recommending you to friends. Thank you so much.”

“We initially chose Green Retreats for our garden room based on their designs we looked at on-line. A representative visited us and gave excellent advice on its location and how the site should be prepared. Before confirming an order we traveled to their showroom to view their products in person and were impressed with their quality and the friendly personal advice we received without any hard-sell pressure. Once the order was placed their communication was good, their workmen friendly and helpful with everything happening on the scheduled dates. We are delighted with the result and already spend a lot of time in our new garden room.”

“Really impressed. Visited the showroom and fell in love with these buildings. After popping down the deposit was built in less than a week and now I'm all up and running with my little office. Everyone that comes to visit is more than impressed and at least one of my clients will be having one in his garden.”

“After much deliberation and researching for a garden room/office space I finally decided on Green Retreats. The reason, they offer a complete and thorough service with no frills gimmicks or intense sales pitches. The staff are extremely helpful and have excellent knowledge to help support you every step of the way. Each building can be tailored to your needs which is what I like along with the fact all the work is completed by the company from the base to final finishing touches. The overall experience is second to none, with the delivery and installation working like clockwork, to the point where a step was made and delivered to site on the day of installation after realising I wanted a step built. All the workmen were professional courteous and worked extremely hard to ensure the building was installed in two days. Everyone who has seen the building is impressed and I am now looking forward to using my office garden room, I would highly recommend Green Retreats.”
