“From start to finish, our experience with Green Retreats was fantastic. Every member of staff encountered on our project was friendly, helpful, efficient and professional. We are delighted with the end result - our new garden office - which has made a huge difference to working from home. The superb tools on the website which allow you to customise and plan the layout of your building helps to bring it to life. “Green Retreats has been great to work with,arrangements and planning was efficient and straightforward. Everything went smoothly, I could tailor my building plan to my needs with help and advice from customer care and a really helpful visit to the showroom. The different teams on site were professional and hardworking. They created no disruption to us and left everything looking great . I love it and can't wait to get it fitted out! I would recommend this company to anyone wanting a really beautifully made garden room .”

“Superb level of expertise and quality of workmanship at all stages of choosing, planning, construction, installation and finish. Excellent proactive support from office. Friendly but unobtrusive, builders and electricians all of whom worked hard and tidily. I was pleased that I made the effort to visit a showroom to see various garden room models and check sizing. There was no selling pressure and straightforward, patient explanation. I'm delighted to recommend his company and their product.”

“Superb process from beginning to end, it really does include everything from start to finish, no extras or surprises that you might have to do yourself. We were looking to utilise the space in the garden for a family area and in these times working from home, creating an office space. The process is pretty seamless. From using the online tool to keep amending and tinkering with designs to finalising that via an online planning review and then site visit. It's all easy to follow and has great levels of communication throughout from your assigned person. This was all done in lockdown, when we could, we visited the showroom to see the materials first hand, which really helped with those finishing design decisions. The build itself was planned out clearly and then each step was followed from the base, to the build, to the plasterers and electricians. The installation was great and the team were hardworking, polite with attention to detail and always checking in to make sure we were happy. The outcome is a great building, lots of space and now no commute. Lots of great feedback from friends and family (the ones that can visit)”

“Absolutely love Green Retreats! They were a delight to deal with from the moment we made our initial call right through to the completion of the project. The design, the quality of the materials, the process, communication, responsiveness and general helpfulness were all top class. As is often the case in business, it is the people that add to the experience. From the guys that laid the foundations to the team that built our Retreat to the electricians they were all absolutely a credit to the company. Their punctuality and work ethic were matched by the quality of the work. To a man they were pleasant and engaging. Our Customer Care Administrator, Krystal was fantastic to deal with.The communication throughout the process was so good. We look forward to enjoying many hours in our new garden room. Many Thanks!”

“Really good experience from start to finish. Quality seems excellent so far. All the staff were great. With a short delay due to Covid, service was resumed and they turned up early and on time when they said they would. We absolutely love the garden room. It looks fantastic. Just need more than one!”

“I would like to personally thank the base installation, building and electrical teams for the excellent work they have done on my garden house. Their work was of the highest quality and the garden house I have now far exceeds any expectations I had when I first ordered it. The teams did their work with little, if any, disruption or damage to my property and left the site clean and tidy. The base installation and building teams led by Ian and Lee in particular had to handle some unpleasantness from a neighbour, which they did in a very professional and respectful manner. My customer care administrator Rachel also did an excellent job helping to shepherd me through the process (despite the tardiness of my replies!) Green Retreats have excellent teams working for them and I would have no hesitation at all in recommending them to friends and colleagues.”

“From the initial enquiry,all the way through to completion of the project, Green Retreats have proven to be the most professional company .The customer care team, the surveyor and the amazing build teams,have all been exemplary.The build was trouble free despite terrible weather and the result is a beautiful garden art studio. “We have been very pleased with all the people that came to do each steps of the work. They have all been really Professional, polite and nice. They made the whole experience very enjoyable and smooth. You really have a cracking teams of experts. Also the customer care service has been really on top of everything your service is really great and we feel we had excellent value for our money.”
