“Fantastic experience with Green Retreats at their Aylesbury showroom. Our host was very knowledgeable about the product, process and planning rules. Absolutely no pressure sales whatsoever, which would be a major turn off for me. Having extensively researched the market we were already sold on GR's product. I have to say that the quality on show more than lived up to expectation. I would highly recommend a visit, and fully expect to be doing the same in respect of the product and installation once complete.”

“Although we had done some research of our own, our appointments here have been excellent. Very clear in explanation from Vas, and the mock up he did on his tablet was very informative. If this is a path you are thinking of going down, this company ( so far) have been excellent. We have placed an order for next year and look forward to GR carrying on this good start.”

“We are very happy with our garden room and are looking forward to using it regularly. The portal - where we could design and track our order - is a great idea although it did suffer a few glitches at times which was a bit annoying, but our customer service lead - Jessica - stayed close to our order to ensure it went through smoothly, from initial placement through to completion, and made us feel well represented throughout. The installation went very smoothly and completed to schedule - Covid got in the way of one element, but Green Retreats moved quickly to arrange an alternative team, keeping everything on track. Each team were busy all the time they were here, and kept our garden tidy. No problems with the room so far - happy to recommend.”

“Green Retreats have been excellent from the 1st call, to design, the showroom visit, base construction, build, plastering, electrics and final fix. This product is not the cheapest, but offers great value for money due to the quality of service, professionalism, and build. Everyone we have come into contact with has been excellent. The pricing and solutions are clear and transparent. My only complaint is that due to demand for this product, we had to wait 6 months, but it has been worth the wait. Would recommend highly. David M”

“Amazing Customer Experience!!!. We have just had stage one of the installation of our new garden room by Chris and his team. From the minute they started to the minute they finished nothing was ever too much and they would do all they can to make the whole experience run so smoothly. Chris and his team are a credit Green Retreats. We cannot thank them enough. We will update the review when the garden room is fully completed. We would 100% recommend Green Retreats!!!”

“My partner and I have felt for some time that our house wasn't quite big enough for our current needs. We love the area and our neighbours are brilliant. Rather than moving, we decided to have a garden room/office instead. After checking out various companies online we decided to go with Green Retreats and we couldn't be happier with the results. From the start, we've been very impressed with their staff, right from visiting the showroom to all the different workmen that have been around at different stages to build our garden room. The work was done in stages and started approximately 5-6 months after we placed our order. Week 1 - Base, Week 2 - Garden room assembled, Week 3 - Plastering, Week 4 - Electrics + Final fixes. We thoroughly recommend Green Retreats and their staff.”

“We’re absolutely delighted with our new garden room from Green Retreats (greenretreats.co.uk). The quality of build is top notch, and the whole experience from going to the showroom and deciding on the design, to the help we received with planning permission, and advice on preparing the ground, was excellent. Many thanks to all at Green Retreats, especially Rachel Boothaway, our planning advisor to whom nothing was too much trouble and who supported us all through the process. It was exciting watching the lads erecting the garden room over five days, and they were very professional and took pride in their work. The finished building looks stunning and we can’t wait to use it.”

“We are delighted with our garden gym from Green Retreats. Everything has gone smoothly from the design consultation, to the site visit, to the build. Visiting the showroom is really useful as you can see a range of different styles and set ups and the consultant set out our options really clearly. We then got an online design which we could tailor to our exact needs. When it came to the build we got a really clear schedule and the build went exactly to plan - we were so impressed with the work and professionalism of all the team doing the build. We are getting lots of compliments from family and friends about how good it looks ! Can't recommend them highly enough !”
