They were very helpful and able to resolve my query within 48 hours, which I am still in shock. He assured me that my order would go through (I forgot that my order was placed on Good Friday) and sure enough, my Paypal a/c kicked in and processed the payment after the Bank Holiday. I was kept informed when the DHL delivery would arrive and while the 1st delivery couldn't go ahead as planned, it arrived the next day. The item was as described and in good condition. Contacted this companies after sales dept, who asked me to return it to them for examination, This i did and with 24 hours of receiving it they contacted me to confirm that the fault had been fixed !!
