“We worked with Elbo on a strategic and key hire last month. We were advertising directly for the role and interviewed a number of candidates using Elbo to help us to profile our preferred ones. Very often your instinct is never wrong, but what is valuable is having some science or profiling to support your instinct and that was extremely valuable.”

“With an industry fixated on the CV, not the human behind it, I was surprised to come across Elbo (a former college had suggested I take a look), and its unique way of looking at recruitment with you as a person rather than simply a sum of experience. I also found it enlightening going through the character test, as I ended up learning things about myself in the process, with the added bonus of allowing me to present myself as more than just work experience and education to potential employers. In regards to the app, it’s easy to use, looks goods, and ultimately the process of getting into a role was far simpler than I had honestly expected it to be, so thanks Elbo, Great concept, a true disrupter in a stagnant industry.”

“From the friendly onboarding on the mobile app to the relevant role i finally got, elbo experience was beyond anything I came across before! elbo gave me a chance to "shine out" my personally & EQ, and not jist my tech skills and awards. So the other side of the hiring saw my 100% profile: IQ & EQ & Expertise & Experience. This is why I got the perfect job in the end :-) Thanks elbo... for making this happen!”
