I can see that your net total fell under this, resulting in a delivery fee. There is also a calculator at the checkout letting you know how much is required to hit this. “Part of my order was deliverd wrong items. On contacting Dust Spares, this was quickly put right by next day delivery. Thought the carriage on main order was somwhat high as the items were not large or heavy.”

“I've ordered few air valves from DustSpares over weekend but then I went through my boxes with all spares and realised I don't need so many. I've called them first thing in the morning on Monday and got to customer service easily. It took me under 2 min to amend my order and get refunded whatever wasn't needed. Amazing 😀”
