“Have only recently started using Dofos but my experience so far has been excellent! They offer free delivery which is one of the reasons that I started to use them. One delivery was missing an item, but within a few minutes of emailing a refund had been made. Excellent customer service, which is rare these days! I would highly recommend.”

“I cannot comment on quality of treats as I cannot have them 😊 but my dog loves everything I buy from the shop. Customer service is also very friendly and I like the fact that many treats are not in a plastic packaging”

“Recently came to get a groom for our dog Paddy by Mel I believe her name was! Been using Dofo’s for a while now and what they sell is good natural quality and I want only natural or as near as for our dog. The new branch was great ! Loved the warehouse set up and nice chilled relaxed vibe ! Within minutes of meeting Mel I new Paddy was in great hands, I could tell immediately the way Mel handled him she knew exactly what she was doing. It was his first ever proper groom as I do most of it at home apart from his nails but having a good bath / groom to get all his two coats of hair out was super. He smelt Devine and his coat felt great for days! Please pass on how thrilled we were. 😁🐶”

“I buy my dog food and all pet supplies from Dofos. I also use their grooming service. I can highly recommend them for being friendly, professional and helpful. They are also knowledgable about all their products and have been great at recommending alternative brands for all budgets.”

“Despite living in London we still buy our dog food from this fantastic and friendly business. Why? The service is second to none. Next-day delivery is always reliable. Plus the range of high-quality goods on offer. Our cantankerous 12-year-old west highland terrier loves her Canagan feed. The one time we had a problem - when the website would not accept a discount code - we called Dofos and the issue was resolved immediately. We love them!”
