“The item quality was good and it was delivered as arranged but the item delivered was a Zip Hoodie and not the Pullover Hoodie that I ordered. However as I liked it I decided to keep it anyway but I feel you need to know and look into why it has happened”

Unfortunately we could not rectify the issue for you as we did not receive any correspondence from you regarding the issue. We would have made sure that the item was replaced for you straight away.
