“My opinion doesn't matter at all but since you asked - I emailed you twice, maybe 3 times about 2 weeks ago or more. I received my items, came across a couple of problems with 3 elux mini 11's with photographic proof of all of those problems. I made it VERY clear i didn't want replacements, i was providing customer feedback only and was not looking for any reimbursement. It seemed odd that there were 3 faulty ones in one box of 10........ I provided the barcode too and im pretty disappointed in NO reply, just zero customer service at all. Really disappointed because the Elux Mini II is a great and improved version of the original.”

“Excellent service and amazing delivery times. Generally not a fan of disposables BUT when in a rush, they help as my own MOD can be a pain at times. Wasn’t overly fazed but one of my orders were past their date but as a vaper i am aware that that only issue would/should be less flavour when vaping. overall tho 4 outta 5 as only Mcdonalds will get a 5 from me! take care”

“I have ordered from her before and have never had a problem however this batch of 12 haven't been the quality of previous orders the battery ran out after 2 hours and 3 I had to bin because they taste funky. But like I said I have never had an issue in the past.”

“Been buying here for a year. Delivery takes 6 days with the occasional delivery within 4 days. The last twice they haven’t had the flavours in stock so sent all one flavour. Meanwhile a friend with the same vape was getting next day delivery and exactly what she ordered the next day. So afraid I’ve now jumped ship for a better service.”

“i’ve always loved this site. But I recently bought three Elux vapes off their site, when they arrived they were all no nicotine. I went to the website to check if it disclosed this, and it did NOT. Nowhere on the website did it say they were no nicotine apart from in the image where if you zoom right in you can see a little “0mg”. Feels like a bit of a scam.”

“Being forced to prove my identity to a company I do not know or trust leaves a bitter taste in the mouths of most people. To then also have your order delayed due to the lack of verification but to only receive an email amid the barrage of emails regarding the order and account creation is just unacceptable. I placed my order over a week ago and no one followed up to check if there was a verification issue or to refund my purchase due to the lack of it, you simply took the money and looked the other way - likely due to this in large being an automated process but it does not change the fact that I placed an order, did not receive communication from anyone stating it will not be delivered and to also then have an email with a royal mail tracking number just completely confuses the situation and has led to my experience with you being less than favourable. I was only able to find out there was an issue by speaking with a representative that was very friendly and helpful but unfortunately, my experience had already been tarnished. For this reason, I am leaving a 1-star review and will not be ordering in the future.”

“I've just got in to diy vape juice and found DIY ELIQUIDS! I've placed two orders so far, one was!missing an item but customers services were on it and it was sent asap! I cant fault DIY ELIQUIDS - great quality, fast despatch and cheap stock to boot! I've not found nic shots cheaper anywhere else! I'll keep using these guys! 10/10”

“My experience was bad. Requested 3 flavours of vaping and was contacted over WhatsApp because one of the flavours were not available, which I completely understand. I requested what flavours where available and didn’t got any answer until next day. The issue is that between me asking the flavours available and the response, I got a notification saying the delivery was on my way. Of course the replace flavour I requested was not sent (I was sent 2 of the same). I don’t understand why I was contacted to have an option if they would send any flavour anyway. Definitely is not a big deal, but next time I prefer to buy from other websites”
