“Both packages arrived together and in good shape so no hold ups. The containers appear fit for purpose, strong and robust. The funnel and yellow spanner , I think, are a must have it is more than useful. I think it should be made clear that these are required if you haven't got them already.”

Hi Brian, thank you for your order and for your feedback. We're sorry for the delay in receiving your order. Looking at the tracking details, it appears your order arrived with your local Palletforce depot on Thursday evening, but the couriers were not able to deliver until Monday. Sadly, they have not provided an explanation as to why, and I have passed this information onto our Business Development Manager to investigate further. We're glad to hear that your new tank however is perfect for your needs despite the small delay. We look forward to hearing from you again in the future.

Hi Leslie, thank you for your order and for your feedback. We try to make shopping with us as easy as possible and aim for great products at great value. You do make a point of the cost of delivery, however, due to the bulky size of IBCs they have to be delivered on a pallet which unfortunately commands a higher delivery cost from our hauliers. If there were a way around it, we would love to capitalise on it, as this would give us a great edge over other IBC distributors! We hope to hear from you again soon in the future.
