“Excellent customer service whenever I had a question - friendly, knowledgeable and very pleasant. Website has in depth measuring instructions. Easy to order online and kept informed of delivery. So easy to install (intu blinds) with very clear instructions provided. Excellent quality blinds. Would definitely recommend and will use again.”

“I had ordered the same style of blinds (perfect for) from a competitor previously but they didn’t do fitting widths narrow enough this time, and so went with direct order blinds. The product here was far superior and feel much higher quality. Fiddly to fit, but so were the others.. happy with the product and service”

“I have now placed 2 orders. 1st order track didn't work so you had to send a replacement. 2nd order, loose clips for blinds were not in delivery. I had to ring up for you to send them. Both these issues held up the job and could have been avoided if you quality checked before sending out. On plus side the product is very good and you resolved the issues quickly.”

“We bought our bi fold blinds and they arrived really quickly. Really impressed with the ease of fitting and also quality of the blinds. Not too long after fitting these we ordered more perfect fit blinds for our 2 sets of patio doors. Again faultless. Really well made blinds and any questions asked quickly over chat. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting blinds like these. Thanks”

“Direct Order Blinds provide a fantastic service - dpd failed to deliver my blinds and I had trouble tracking my parcel, which they finally returned to Direct Order Blinds. These were then sent out and I received them the very next day, fantastic customer service! I will definitely be ordering more blinds as they fit perfectly and look great!”

“Wanted perfect fit roller blinds for our front door. Being able to get samples of the material was a great help, as was customer service. Told them what we were looking for regarding transparency, and they came up with suggestions, one of which was perfect, as we're the blinds when they arrived.All three fitted in 15 minutes. Can't fault the service, or quality.”

“We were very pleased with our order. All blinds fitted perfectly. The order took a bit longer to process than the first time but this was a bigger order of 10 blinds. My only complaint would be to make it clearer on the packaging which blind fits where, especially when we had taken the time on the order itself to give each blind a reference name.”
