“Reading all these positive reviews Wondering what has gone wrong in my case My landlord advised me Diamond Build Group would phone me last Monday re urgent works on my rental property No one rang so I have chased twice and am told someone will call me back, no timescale can be provided and no one has called me back Was advised to send an email and response would be that day if not the next - no response why am I so unlucky considering everyone else treated so well Appreciate a response from Diamond Build Group if anyone reads this”

“I had a great experience with Diamond Construction from the start. From the initial quote to the completion they have been coherent and transparent. The service provided was very efficient and communication was great. As this was the first time I’ve had building work done, they always reassured me with any concerns I had. They helped me with the internal design and were always at hand when I needed advice.”

“Excellent service! We had instructed Diamond Construction to carry out works on our double-storey rear extension. Good communication from the start and always on hand to ensure works ran smoothly. I have already highly recommended them to friends and family and would be happy to recommend them to anyone as I was happy with their workmanship and quality throughout.”

“I would highly recommend Diamond Construction. From start to finish the project was very well managed and executed. Craftsmanship was of high quality and care. The team were very friendly and considerate of the surrounding space and neighbours, they always left the site clean at the end of each day. The directors were always at hand whenever we needed advice or if any changes needed to be made. We are soo glad we chose Diamond Construction, it has been an enjoyable process and it has been amazing to see what we had visioned and wanted - be our reality.”

“We engaged with Diamond Construction to design our loft conversion and ground floor extension. We have been extremely satisfied with the quality of their service from the beginning to the end. They advised us through the whole process and helped us get through planning permission successfully. But what really stood out was the quality of the service they provided after that fact.fully organised schedule of works was provided and completed as promised. Diamond construction ensured our project ran smoothly and were full communication was key to ensuring we was updated on every stage of the build. They really did go far and beyond in providing the perfect service. Highly recommend.”
