“Products are good for dry mouths. However, the clear measures on the mouthwash are a big improvement on the blue ones.”

“I found the website and ordering process to be very good and the product which I was already familiar with also. My complaint is with the cost of carriage. Considering that the order took an entire week to arrive here, the cost of £7.08 is unacceptable. Either the delivery time is within 48 hours (cf. John Lewis) or less, ie. commensurate with the cost, or a much longer time at a far lower cost. Dentocare products are hardly urgent so why is carriage so expensive ?”

“I use this as recommended by the dental hospital. I have to use this 3 times per day because as soon as it is in contact with hot food or liquids it loses its effect. Also the amount in tubes seems to have decreased over time. There is no weight/volume indication.”

“I’ve always liked these. Just wish they were a bit stronger as they seem to bend too easily and therefore can’t get as much use out of them as I think we should Be able to. But I think they are one of the best on the market.”

“Good prompt service. Products dispatched quickly and arrived within the right timescale. Could do some better labelling on the website as the product I purchased had two different definitions for one size making it difficult to get the right one.”

“Although I am a loyal customer, there are a couple of things I struggle with. The delivery time is over a week which I’m today’s world is way to long. I also struggle to find my brushes although they are the same ones each time.”

“Dentocare have an excellent variety of interdental care items and very responsive to online orders. There is a credit card limit of £150 which should be clearly advised and considered to revise upwards”

“I am rating the company as 4 star as I don't understand why there isn't a contract with The NHS to supply this product via prescription to cancer patients. I would be very interested to hear of any attempts made by your company to move this forward with The NHS and how I might help to do this. I think there must be cancer patients who can't affords to buy this product as it's not available on prescription which is shocking !”

“Interdental brushes recommended by my periodontist. They worked well but on this reorder I’m pretty sure I ordered the 624B (5mm) product but the brushes I received are much smaller diameter. I don’t have the packaging to check. It makes me think they were packed in the wrong packaging or the spec is in error.”
