“Excellent service, easy process. Kept in touch re progress. As it turns out 2 of my tapes were blank, they advised me of this and a refund was given straightaway, no issues. Would recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use again”

“We sent our thirty year old wedding video and were kept notified when it had been received and then when we were to receive it. Considering it is thirty years old and has been in a cupboard for years we were very pleased with the quality. We would thoroughly recommend.”

“Excellent service. I had a query which was answered by email within 30 minutes then sent off 9 tapes which arrived back all on a memory stick within a good timeframe. I had emails to confirm my order and that they were being processed and then again when they were on their way back. I researched several local companies and several online too and found this company to be a reasonable price. Their customer service was a real bonus, keep up the great work and thank you!”

“Very professional service, and I'm really happy with my converted video. I was sent a link to watch it, all I had to do was click on it, couldn't have been easier ☺️ and a few days later I received the original tape back with a memory stick of my video. Will definitely be using again!”
