“Superb work, I will 100% recommend tenancy cleaner to friends, family and colleagues. The cleaners came on time fully equipped. They started the cleaning straight away and they called me 40 minutes before they complete the job so I went to inspect the cleaning and I was really impressed. Highly recommended”

“Exceeded expectations - Full deposit returned I was very hesitant to book with your company as another company was about half the cost of your company. As it turned out, by the time I booked with them they were totally booked and were not available on the date required. When the rental agency came to inspect the property they were amazed that the property was actually in better condition then when I had rented it 2 years ago. In fact they were amazed that many of the marks and spots that were there two years ago, were now gone. Getting back my full security deposit was greatly appreciated. Thank you - and the couple from Portugal who cleaned the flat - for a job well done! It was worth the price!”

“Good customer service - fast response time Cleaning Service UK were recommended to us by an estate agents as a company who do a good job. We were not disappointed. The appointment was arranged quickly and efficiently. Cleaners arrived on time were friendly and efficient did a good job and were responsive to our requirements throughout. Would definitely recommend them.”

“EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! From my first phone call to Cleaning Service UK, I received great service. We discussed what they considered to be the best for me and a few days later, Luis and Cassandra were at my door step 30 minuets early with all engines running. They spent a minute looking around the house, before deciding how they where going to concur the hefty job that my nightmare tenants left behind them. The two of them were only booked to stay for 6 hours, but didn't leave until they felt the house was up to standard, which meant they stayed an extra two hours, free of charge!!! My previous tenants were very dirty people. There were parts of the house I thought were impossible to clean. But, boy did Luis and Cassandra change my mind. The whole time Luis maintained amazing communication with me as I ran errands, leaving them with my key. When I returned I was blessed with a home, a real home, with its potential once again restored. Thank you to Luis for his outstanding service and hard work. As well as, Cassandra for her amazing abilities. You guys are superstars!! I recommend Cleaning Service UK to anyone that is in need of a serious one-off cleaning job. THANK YOU!!!”

“Punctual, hard working with brilliant results The two cleaners arrived at our property in West Wickham at 8am as arranged and worked non-stop until 2pm, cleaning our kitchen, bathroom and shower room to an incredibly high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm to other householders.”

“OUTSTANDING - End of tenancy cleaning Luis and his hard-working team from Cleaning Service Uk did an excellent end of tenancy clean for me in a property where the tenants had been in situ for 4 years. They worked solidly from 8am until 3pm. All light fittings were cleaned to perfection - my chandelier now sparkles as new as the day I bought it ten years ago! - and every single door got a thorough rubbing down. Skirting boards and dado rails were left immaculate not to mention the pristine bathroom and kitchen (including fridge, freezer and oven interiors). Carpets were vacuumed then stream cleaned, as was the sofa which came up brand new. The team were polite, friendly and wasted no time getting the job done. Even my mother was impressed - there is no better accolade!!! I can highly recommend and will certainly be using them again. Thank you!”

“Great Care for the Customer. Cleaning Service UK are not the cheapest outfit on the block but they certainly deliver an outstanding quality and flexibility of service from beginning to end and great results. I would recommend them without hesitation. My requirement was a bit unusual. I was due to go into hospital for a major operation and wanted to return to a properly clean home which had only had superficial cleans for a number of years. Initially, my main concern was whether Cleaning Service UK only cleaned empty properties. Would it be possible to work around the mountains of books and junk lying around all over the place? Cleaning Service UK responded promptly and clearly to my various questions and as a relative novice in commissioning this type of work I gradually got to understand pretty well what would be possible and the size of the job. The fullness of their responses made it relatively easy to build up a picture of what they did. I was reassured to learn that roughly 50% of Cleaning Service UK's work is in occupied properties. I also told myself I could specify priorities on the day. So I booked, on the clear understanding that ultimately I couldn't be guaranteed a refund or a rebooking at no extra cost, if I cancelled, especially if at the last minute. So I took the plunge and paid upfront with a slight feeling of unease. No sooner had the payment cleared I learnt my operation had been re-scheduled for the day before the Cleaning Service UK date! I panicked, but Cleaning Service UK were totally unphased. They could let themselves in using a keysafe already installed. I would specify requirements and priorities in advance by email and notes left in the home of any bits to miss out. I have to say I was anxious about the outcome. Could I rely on a company I had never used before and which had not been personally recommended to me, to let themselves into my home and do the work without any supervision whatsoever at any stage? Ummmm! I needn't have worried. When I returned home from hospital I found everything exactly as it should be, sparkling top to bottom, with all the really messy bits sorted out, sometimes in ways I had previously never imagined and which I will adopt in future. Clearly, real masters of the art of cleaning. But, above all, it was all really clean. I've lived in this house for 45 years and can honestly say it never looked and felt cleaner. Then the icing on the cake: On the arm of the sofa my lost Freedom Pass and Senior Railcard. And, no additional invoice for parking charges! The deal was that I would pay for the expensive street parking. I have a special visitors permit and was intending to use it but this only works if activated personally from my smartphone. This was obviously a non-starter from Intensive Care! In the rush of getting things organised parking became a second order issue. I can think of many so called reputable organisations who would have pursued me relentlessly for every last penny owed irrespective of any damage to customer relations. Not so Cleaning Service UK. In fact, having justly earned this review, my good feelings about the company are such that if a parking invoice thudded onto my doormat tomorrow I'd happily pay it. What this all boils down to is genuine attention to customer needs rather than the all too common lip service practiced by most companies. Well done and thank you again. Ps I later got this note about the parking charges: Please note we will not be charging you for the parking. Eamonn knew you had been in hospital and did not want to stress you over the parking and it must have taken time to write the review.”

“Thoroughly recommend this company 100% Thoroughly recommend this company, have used them twice now, both times I’ve been lucky enough to have the same 2 cleaners under James management, who was one of the pair, both so hard working, incredible. They left my house immaculate, absolutely amazing thorough job, lovely polite people, who work around you and you hardly know they are there, yet every time you pass a room it’s gleaming and I must have told them how amazing they were about hundred times throughout the day! I will always ask for James as she knows my home and we get on so well. They arrive early, so at the door bang on time and will not leave until they have completed the task required, which is, may I add, within the timescale booked anyway. Cannot rate her and her team highly enough. Thank you to James and crew, and of course Sarah at Cleaning service UK for being patient with me on date changes and always being polite and managing to fit me in at short notice, which I know isn’t easy for such an efficient busy company. Wonderful.”

“A fantastic 'Deep Clean' Luis and his team were absolutely excellent from start to finish, and I can't recommend them highly enough. The oven and the fridge, at 8 years old, had never been cleaned and it is no exaggeration to say that they now look like new and are safe to use once again. The rest of the flat had also rarely been hygienically cleaned and after Luis and the ladies had finished it was spotless and clean. Every part of Cleaning Service UK was efficient,”

“Absolutely amazing service Absolutely amazing service! We used Cleaning Service UK for an end-of-tenancy clean and every inch of our two bed flat was sparkling. Andrea and Jose even had to deal with our neighbour when a water leak occurred in our bathroom-they took the whole thing in their stride, were super friendly, polite and professional-even offering to help us carry some of our belongings out of the flat! I cannot recommend Cleaning Service UK, absolutely worth every penny.”
