“Blinds were dispatched on 20 May still not received 18th of June. This after contacting customer service first week of June and being assured the initial error had been corrected”

“The ordering process was really simple and easy. And delivery arrived promptly the week following. fitting them was another story altogether. On the website it requests you to put in actual opening sizes if you are fitting the blinds within the recess of the window. They assure that you have no need to make any allowances on your measurements as the factory do this when they are in manufacture. I came to fit the blinds and cut down every single blind by 10 - 15 mm to get the blinds to fit snugly inside the recess. Now for the price i paid for 10 blinds i would expect a lot better! The blind factory abouts sums it up!”

“The blinds I purchased were great value for money. They are of a very good standard so I wouldn't hesitate in ordering more. The only nuisance was the fact that no screws were included with the blinds / brackets which I can only assume was a one-off error.”

“I ordered blinds in April. They were due to be shipped May 7th. Still no sign of them and no delivery date given. I have had no information from the company as to when I might receive them.”

“Delighted with my blind and curtains good quality. Would gave been 5 stars but had a problem with delivery one package came ok the other took a long time. There was a problem with address don't know who's fault that was.”

“Already posted a review here two weeks ago, but as I feel I can only communicate to them through reviews, posting an update. THE WORST company I ever dealt with! Ordered a curtain in March, which was lost in the delivery. Since waiting for a replacement. Since then I called them 5!! times and got a call from them "apologising for my experience". They keep promising me a delivery in a few days, days pass and still nothing. Called another time today to be told that it will definitely be delivered in 2 weeks time!! It's such a joke at this point. Avoid, as things do go wrong sometimes and it's not a company you would like to deal with if they do!”

“I order a blind on the 13/03/2021 for delivery to Ireland. The first time the relevant customs documentation was not provided to UPS and the order was lost. I gave them the benefit of doubt and ask for remake of the blind. The same has happened again. I still have not received the delivery of the curtain (2 and half months). For this reason I would not recommend any person based in Ireland to order curtains from this company.”

“Order placed on 9th April. Dispatch was to be 19th May, then changed to 2nd June... Numerous emails/calls/dm's to try and find out where my order is. Very frustrating. Unfortunately I will never order from them again.”
