About Bell Group:

Whilst we are considered a market leader, our Group remains a family owned and operated company; George Bell, our Chairman and Founder, set up his own commercial painting and decorating company in April 1984 – Collins and Bell Ltd – operating throughout the central belt of Scotland. Since that time the Group has grown through acquisitions as well as organically; this has resulted in developing a strong network of services, which have been designed to integrate on a national, regional and local basis. Our key strength as a business is our team which we have developed over the years; this is partly thanks to the comprehensive training programme put in place for all employees and our commitment to respecting individuals.

“I have just completed a walk round with the painting team Foreman from the Cumbria depot. Quality of the work is excellent, and the attention to detail is brilliant, all the filling has been done to a very high standard, and the finish is superb, they must have some futuristic cutting in brushes because we usually have to go round after our previous contract painters and clean up light switches etc. The team have not only been very professional, but they have cleaned up after themselves, I honestly don’t think I’ve been asked for bin bags and vacuum cleaners by contract painters before. Very pleased with the work carried out. This is our first time using Bell Group, and we will definitely be using them again in the future. Not just because of their very competitive prices but the professionalism at all levels.”

“From the moment I spoke to Steve my mind was put at ease, after a terrible plastering job left me requiring my livingroom and bedroom to be repainted and papered, I was absolutely delighted with the work that was carried out, Jack and Thomas the young boys who carried out the painting jobs were superb, I wish my son cleaned up after him as well as these boys. Thanks again to Steve, Jack and Thomas you have given me a lovely livingroom just in time for Santa.”

“It's taken over 4 weeks to fit our bathroom and either me or my partner have had to have time off work only for nobody to show up. The shower is fitted too far to the right so we have to lean over to avoid the lip of the bath. Instead of plastering over old pipework they've screwed on bits of wood so it's not flush with the wall. We were told that somebody would come to us first thing this morning and again it's a no show. We can't afford to miss any more work so we'll finish it ourselves”

“Two Chaps came to my Door-(So as 2-Fit a New Fire Door, that Complies with the Other Flat Doors)-@-Bout 8:45-9:00am, 1 Older, this Chap Asked to Use my Toilet, & PROCEEDED 2Ava #2, & Stunk Not Only My Toilet, But Also The Rest'o'My FLAT(DirtyLittleMan)-&-Then Both Chaps Disappeared for Bout 15-20-Minutes With No Explanation, Apart frm2-GetAway frm "The Stunk". An It Was The Younger Lad(35-40-frm Stepney), He Did the Job, With Not 1 iot'a, Just Got On With His Work, EXPLAINED If there was goina'B Any Noise, & Kept Me Informed of What/How He Was Doing/Getting On, I Was Well, Impressed With This Employee, Was More Than Sufficient & Cleaned Up As He Went, & When He Had Finished, As for't Older Chap, I Wouldn't Employ Him To EMPTY MY RUBBISH BIN, Let Alone Do Any WORK For E'moi. 'Hanx' for Your Time/Patience & Experience...”

“I would also like to thank Scott for the work and assistance he has provided to my parents at 37 Rosewell Gardens when they had a burst pipe, lot of people works have walked away but Scott stayed back to ensure it was sorted and took away the stress from my parents.”

“After being let down last minute for a job in Milton Keynes, I got put through to Anil of Bell group who sourced decorators for my job starting in 3 days, he managed the process and called in on site to check we were happy with the standard of work. The standard of work was flawless, only a handful of snags which were sorted with no hassle from decorators, which in my experience can be a pain getting contractors back to site. I will be using Bell group again thanks to Anil, 10 out of 10.”

“Today Bell decorators came to paint small communal stair well , they did have dust sheets but only 2 , i asked them on behalf of the 4 flats here if they would clean up when finished as paint splatter on carpet and bit from rubbing down , after they left all they had done was wipe a couple of places, I wonder if the 2 who did the decorating would like where they live to be left in the state they left ours .”

“Well had a final walk round job today with Rodger Spencer contracts manager all looking great first class job from start to finish and came in on time and price thanks to the hard working tradesmen/woman on site and thanks to Rodger putting an extra 2 painters on for a couple of days to make sure time scales were met can’t praise bell group for doing a grand job from estimate to completion with no problems thanks to all the team”
