“Very easy site to use they obviously had a run on the wood pellets but i ordered the last bag they had in stock I got an email explaining this and the said they would give me a couple of meat rubs as they said the bag was a bit shabby when it arrived it was fine and the rubs are great zhanks will.be back on the site for more pellets soon”
“The guides are useless for the smoke chamber, 2 pop rivets either side make sliding in difficult, i drilled out the 2 pop rivets either side & removed the guide strips, it’s now much better. Also removed the plate for the candle on the smoke chamber & use a blow torch to light it, so much easier.”
“Ordered a Kamado Bono limited with the £75 voucher on the 27th March, on the 1st April informed that the bbq was damaged, offered another voucher as a thanks for waiting. On the 3rd informed by smokers and grills that Kamado are giving 20% off for an easter promotion so was credited back that money which was a bonus, bbq finally arrived on the 5th May after being delivered by an incompetent courier, minus any of the vouchers which were offered. Over a month we had to wait for this bbq just for this lot to reap the benefits from Kamado and not honour the voucher for having to wait a month, wish I'd bought from somewhere else now.”
