I'd highly recommend Rumer as a trainer. At the start of the fitness journey, Rumer was careful to understand my goals and created an open, non-judgemental environment. I explained that I am not a fan of the drill sergeant approach to training, and she has been patient, reassuring and encouraging! We train twice a week, she is always prompt and accommodates any changes to my schedule. In the last few months, I have seen great progress, changes to my body and have been able to keep up with a consistent routine!

During the last 20 months working from home, I had piled on the pounds and really lost my flexibility. I enjoy gym classes and had tried several gyms in my area but struggled to get into the classes at convenient times due to working full time. So, I researched online PT sessions and decided to give At Home Fitness a go. I was put in touch with Martin and haven’t looked back since! I initially signed up for the 6-week online programme and in our discovery session Martin really took the time to get to know my goals, why I wanted to achieve them and my exercise likes and dislikes. I really love the programmes and little challenges Martin has been setting for me. He is always happy to switch things around if I am not enjoying or struggling with a particular exercise and he has even adapted (at short notice!) the workouts when I was recovering from illness. He has been great at offering advice and motivation when I needed a boost or some support. When I completed the 6-week programme Martin took me through the fitness test again and I couldn’t believe how much my fitness, flexibility and energy had improved in that short period. I was so chuffed that I have now signed up for another 24 sessions and am super excited to see what I can achieve over the next 12 weeks with Martin’s help!

Been working with kevin from Home Fitness for the last 5 months. Having a great time getting back into shape with noticeable results for a middle aged woman! Kevin is a fantastic personal trainer with immense knowledge and understanding of what works for you personally… Don’t know what I’d do without his teaching and guidance. Love the motivation quotes each day!

I've trained with Adam for the past three years and he's absolutely brilliant. I've always had difficulty with my weight, I've tried all the fad diets and found I'd lose the weight but always put it back on and more. So I decided with the new year coming in I'm going to take proper action and that's when I looked into At Home Fitness. I was so scared I wasn't going to be able to do the exercises or stick to it but thanks to Adam my perspective has completely changed and now I look forward to our sessions. Adam is absolutely fantastic, he really makes you feel comfortable and works at your pace and eases you into the workouts. His knowledge in this field is so advanced and he always explains how the exercises are going to help with things like; increased metabolism, weight loss and tone. He's always very professional and you definitely get your money's worth. There aren't enough words to explain how thankful I am to Adam and what I have achieved so far. I can't recommend him enough. Well worth the effort and time.

My trainer is great. I've been with her for about a year and she provides a good range of activities that allow me to see how I'm progressing. The system was really easy to start. Would def recommend.

My old gym closed during lockdown and I didn’t miss it as much as I thought I would. It made me realise that even though I was exercising regularly, I’d usually just do the same old stuff, and I was never sure if I was doing the right thing, or how effective my workouts were. Since discovering At Home Fitness I don’t think I’ve done the same workout twice! The variety of equipment, exercises and approaches my trainer brings to our sessions continuously amazes me, helping keep things fresh and interesting. I’ve lost weight, toned up and feel fitter than I ever have before! I don’t see why I would ever go to a gym again!

I enjoy being active, but I'm getting older and was starting to struggle to keep up with friends etc. I was also worried about the potential effects of age onset conditions like osteoporosis and arthritis slowing me down, so decided I needed to get some structured exercise into my life. I've never had much success sticking to exercise programmes, but personal training has really worked for me. I move better, have more energy and feel stronger. My At Home Fitness trainer really does a good job of explaining things, checking in and helping keep me motivated!

Lou is amazing! She’s made me realise how important it is to exercise but also to track my eating habits. I’ve lost over 14 kilos in 6 months and am fitter than ever. Lou makes me laugh and makes the sessions fun. Who knew working out on a Sunday morning was thing!? Loving it! Thanks Lou

I’ve worked with At Home Fitness fir a number of years, their approach being holistic and encouraging and increasing overall fitness and improving diet in keeping with goals worked out at the start.

At Home Fitness has changed the way that I work out in the best possible way. I have been working with At Home Fitness for 1 year and 4 months so far. I love having it be so convenient to where I simply log in and work out with my trainer virtually. It makes getting workouts in during busy work weeks easy. The workouts are varied, creative, and just the right amount of challenging. I also love that I am kept accountable across other areas that I want to focus on, such a good eating and general wellness habits, in addition to keeping a good fitness routine. I lost 1.5 stones (which was one of my goals) in a healthy way that has ensured that I've kept it off (6 months and counting!) I love having At Home Fitness as part of my routine, and I highly recommend working with them!

Definately Star! Love my at home instructor Lou brown she is brilliant and wouldn’t be without her. She adjusts my sessions to meet my needs with some medical conditions. Very happy.

Very pleased with the customized routines I am doing twice a week with Kevin. He is very supportive and encourages me to push myself a little more each week. In better shape now than for the last 10 years.

Adam’s excellent training was perfect to help make light work of Tough Mudder and Rat Race. Adam’s cheerful motivation virtually twice a week has got me physically and mentally through lockdown. Huge thanks!

I have been training with Home Fitness for three years. Adam is very professional and the training is individually tailored to the objectives I am aiming for, but also provides a challenge. I enjoy the training and I am very pleased I signed up with Home Fitness.

AHF has been the key to regaining my fitness in my 50s. As someone who had long been exercise-averse, building a 1-1 relationship with a trainer who has the patience & the skill to get me on the right track again has been nothing short of priceless.

The at home fitness classes have helped me control my weight and stay in shape, even through covid. The classes have a diverse range of excersis, so you're not doing the same thing every week. The instructor is very helpful and has also given me nutritional advise as well. He is also always cheerful and welcoming to new people. I would recommend at home fitness to anyone

I’ve been training with AHF for nearly 10 years. It’s the best health and well-being decision I’ve ever made. The training is tailored to me and my objectives and I am supported throughout with wonderful PT expertise to help me achieve my fitness goals. I know I wouldn’t have got where I am with my running without my AHF PT who has provided personalised training plans every step of the way and helped me realise fitness levels that I never could have achieved on my own.
