Sadly a poor rating. Overall the food I DID receive was of good quality however 4 items were missing and I had received an incorrect flavour of crisps which weren’t too nice. Initially I had emailed and received a response with the option of delivery or refund, I opted for delivery. Getting on practically 3 weeks later and having emailed yet again requesting a refund, I have been ignored. Good product, quite poor service sadly.

Very slow at getting ordered out and you never get next day delivery even when you pay for it. I’m a bit disappointed!

Wasn’t overly impressed with the content of the mystery box, didn’t think it was value for money. Packaging and presentation non existent. Had far better. Item for a gift

So it would have got a full 5 star because the products were fab bought them for my sons birthday he loved them we received a email to say one product wasn't in stock witch was fine then when we received our order we were missing a item so I sent them a email they got back to me said would I like refund or item sent I said refund is fine still waiting and have sent a few emails asking what's going on and just being ignored witch is disappointing the item was 7.99 and my order was 59 so I spent a bit and to be treated like this is not very customer friendly witch is a shame because this is the only thing that let them down

Order eventually arrived after nearly 3 weeks. No communication on delay. No response to emails asking for updates.

Not great - delivery took over a week to arrive, some products were out of stock despite being able to order. Also on arrival, all products had short "Best Before" dates and two boxes of Poptarts were less than two weeks.

Good range of products. Had two issues with my delivery, a product missing which I got a refund for due to lack of stock however this was not communicated to me until I complained. I also received the wrong version of a product and even now a month later that has not been resolved. It’s a week in between communications.

Slow delivery (had it way later than what I paid for), and there was no communication at all. I emailed a few times for an update with no response. Pretty gutted as what I ordered was a gift, and I missed giving it her on her birthday. It arrived eventually…. But not in perfect condition like I was expecting… as it was very pricey for what it was… pretty gutted overall and probably wouldn’t use again.

Product came as described, eventually. Took significantly longer than expected and when i contacted customer services i was just ignored. Would not order again.

It was difficult to get the correct items so I had to substitute. It also took over a month to get here and was supposed to be a birthday present but came late regardless of paying for fast delivery and ordering two weeks in advance.

Ordered 22nd of December. Took a month to arrive. Even trying to contact them I had no reply. I opened my box to find 4x items missing. I have emailed a few times advising them and that I want a refund for the missing items. But I have been ignored over and over again. Definitely won't be buying again.

First of all the crisps came with dust on them, all the packets had been wrinkled as if they had been sitting there for a long time, some of the food tastes expired and it took a really long time to come, I had ordered from them in the a couple times past but they did not have this problem, I will definitely not be ordering again. Disgusting.
