“DISHONEST LIARS AND THIEVES! BAIT AND SWITCH DISHONEST CRIMINAL COMPANY! SELL YOU ONE ITEM ON WEBSITE BUT SEND ANOTHER COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PRODUCT AT A SMALLER QUANTITY AND WILL DO NOTHING BUT STEAL YOUR MONEY! PRODUCTS COME SMASHED AND OUT OF DATE! NOT AMERICAN IN THE SLIGHTEST! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE OR RISK LOSING YOUR MONEY ON SMASHED OUT OF DATE PRODUCTS THAT ARE EXTREMELY SLOW IN ARRIVING AND THE WRONG PRODUCT ANY WAY AND THEY JUST IGNORE YOUR EMAILS FROM THEN ON! “After receiving my parcel, I only got 2 out of the 3 items I ordered. I have tried a number of times to email and call the number on the website which won’t even ring through. So now I have an item that hasn’t been delivered and no sign of a refund because no one will get back to me.”

“Really wish I had read reviews before ordering! Bought birthday presents from here expecting to receive the order in time. Again no response to emails that I’ve sent. Email received saying item had been dispatched but haven’t received any tracking information! Very disappointing! Have gone through bank for refund now but really hoping people read these reviews before shopping here!”

Tracking page shows the parcel was delivered on 16-02-2024 at 10:09AM. “I ordered last year and recieved my order in good time But i ordered 27th december and too this day heard nothing off them for a 30 pound order, i contacted my bank and had my money refunded amd the company has never responded, even the bank said that they never got in contact with them to contest the refund Theres no contact info except an email address although the address is linked to a london sweet shop. Go to your bank if you are missing orders and get your money back, do not place an order with them”

Hello Adam, Thank you for your review. I have tracked your order which was sent via Royal Mail under tracking number GG630170061GB and can see it was delivered on 04-01-2024 at 12:54PM. We feel this review is a little unfair since you ordered on 27-12-2024 which we were closed during Christmas. Our warehouse re-opened on 02-01-2024 and your order was dispatched on this day and delivered in 2 days which is the normal timeframe for standard delivery. It's a shame you had to result in opening a chargeback with your bank when this could have been resolved over email. “Just a fraud! Wish read the reviews before ordering... ordered next day delivery before Christmas for stocking feelers in over 100£!!! When didn't ship on time tried to cancel sent few emails and they just ignored and shipped a week later. Sent more emails and they just ignored, only today I gave up and actually open the cartoon- 5 items are missing, 1 damaged and 2 more just replaced with items didn't order!!! And those thieves just ignore my emails!!!!”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Items missing from order, wrong items sent, they won’t respond to your emails when trying to get a refund or ask where your missing items are. Little tip for anyone reading, call them scammers on their instagram page when you experience the same as me, which you will. They will delete your comment and you’ll soon get an email response back. Don’t pay for next day delivery either!!! But as previously stated, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Part refund back…. Eventually… after comment on their instagram and trading standards.”

“Order came and was one item was missing. All I wanted was the refund for this missing item but emails go unanswered. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering but I will be bringing this to the attention of trading standards and BBC watchdog so everyone will know about this scam of sending out ‘light’ orders. Which reading the reviews seems to be their MO.”
