“Have used them twice. The first time I had to cancel the order - my fault phoned them up and they sorted it without fuss. second time the parts arrived in good shape the next day. Will continue to trade with them”

“I used the serial number of the water heater in situ to identify the parts needed, but the part that was sent was wrong, which meant I ended up replacing the unit with a new heater because that was cheaper than trying to contact you guys for the correct part and waiting at least another five days before it would arrive!”

We are so sorry to hear of the problems that you’ve experienced. We believe that the model of their water heater stays the same, however they do periodically change the internal structure & the element you ordered is only suitable for water heaters that are manufactured before 2019. Having learnt this information, we have changed our web listing to accurately represent this and ensure that this doesn't happen again.
