Accept sold me two identical POS printers. The first was incomplete, missing a crucial external wifi dongle supposedly provided with the printer in the manufacturer’s product description. Product was therefore unusable. As box was opened, Accept subsequently refused return and have passed the buck to the manufacturer to “fix” the printer for me. Accept has suggested I lied about the lack of wifi dongle.
Second printer box was never opened due to issues with the first. Attempts to return the second printer for a full refund (assuming the same wifi dongle is also missing from the second box) have been greeted with a steep restocking fee and shipping costs.
