“I have ordered from them and specifically asked them straight 1 minute after placing my order that it’s wrong one and I want to return it. But they refused telling me that “we only sell new products and we don’t accept returns. > Poor customers service. > Rude when they talk on the phone. > Scammers > waste of time > Waste of money. I don’t recommend them at all.”

Hi Shay, - As you've described we sell only new hardware, directly from the manufacturer, at the UK's lowest prices with fast, reliable delivery - We ensure our product data is reliable, and we invest in training to ensure our staff are knowledgeable on the products we sell. We can therefore provide helpful and accurate advice to our customers to help them purchase exactly what they need - What we do not offer is a service where customers can order products, open them, use them for two days and then decide they would prefer a different product, at that time asking us to take back the opened product for a full refund. This would drive up the cost of products to our other customers to support this "try after you buy" model which is not something we feel is fair. -I can assure all our other customers that we acted professionally, fairly, and politely at all times, in the face of swearing and abuse that should never have to be tolerated in any workplace. “Purchased a printer. Spent three hours attempting to set it up. No joy so email support. They were useless, not sure if it was someone in the uk replying as they didn’t understand what the printer was and the fault. So we had to return to the director’s address as they refused to confirm a return address as the product was used. But it wasn’t used as it will not connect so cant be used. Avoid this company at all costs.”
