“Ordered a luxury wine hamper for my daughter, I pais by Visa and was given an ID number but no confirmation email, that was about a month ago, I have emailed the company twice but have had no reply. I'm not sure what to do next, I am a pensioner and was sending this gift to my daughter who I won't be seeing over Christmas due to Covid. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I will never use or recommend 123 Hampers to anyone. I have done all my shopping on line and this is the only company I have HD troubles with. Not even a reply to me.”

Therefore error with 123 Hampers. No customer service, no response to emails, phone or chat bar. Shocking company. Money taken from credit card on 30/12/20. Will take this up with bank and trading standards as now only interested in refund. DON’T USE nothing but hassle”
