“I purchased a 2 seater sofa bed. What quality! I am considering a new sofa and the only people I would buy from are Willow and Hall. It was the all round service - nice people to do business with, quality product and efficient delivery.”

“Bad experience, first instead of the 10-12 weeks waiting time that is advertised on the website we waited for 21 weeks then instead of delivering the 3 parts of the sofa only 2 parts were delivered. The sofa is not the best quality either so we decided to send it back and now they just don't want to pick it up, the first excuse was that the lorry broke down now the delivery team doesn't pick up the phone. The service and the support is unresponsive and slow and in my opinion dishonest. Their sofas are expensive over the market price for the quality they offer.”

“An appalling experience. Do not trust this company. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing a sofa in clearance which was in stock with a promised delivery of approx 2 weeks. For anyone else out there in a similar position or considering ordering an item standby for an agreed delivery date and time, only to be called up the night before at the very last minute saying they cannot deliver the next day. Then you will hear nothing! There are customer service telephone numbers at the delivery company and at Willow & Hall however you will not get through to talk to anybody - the lines are dead or go unanswered. You may get sporadic email responses with excuses but on all the emails there are no contact details and no ability to call them. After repeated attempts through the delivery company and Willow and Hall I cancelled the purchase that I had not even seen or had a new delivery date offered. Excuses followed about deliver company moving offices and they would be in touch. I reiterated the cancellation request and they came back saying they had reviewed the paperwork and thus offered me a 10% refund for a product they had not even delivered!!!! I then had to pursue a full refund through MasterCard and have now just received the funds back. Beware its just not worth the risk!”

“We bought a sofabed in 2016 and it has been smooth sailing from the start: excellent customer service, prompt delivery and a fantastic sofa, too! It's a stylish sofa trat transforms easily into a comfortable bed. Excellent value for money!”

“Very happy with the sofa bed I bought five years ago Purple velvet which has not faded or rubbed, and I like the firm surface of the sofa, so much easier to rise from Nice classic style and the service was good Perhaps COVID has affected the customers service in some of these reviews, but I am pleased and would look again at Willow and Hall”

“We bought a sofa bed a few years ago from Willow and Hall, and we are still really pleased with it. The mattress is really good quality, completely different from usual, nice and thick with springs and very comfortable, plus pretty much a full double. Guests are always very complimentary about it. Not a frequent purchase, but if we needed another would definitely use Willow and Hall again!”

“Great experience using Willow and Hall Ltd. I chose the headboard design and materials after reading about the quality of the goods bought from this company. Whilst not the cheapest company around, I have to say that in this case the quality was second to none. The old saying of “You only get what you pay for” is absolutely true. Lovely headboard, great delivery there’s nothing not to love.”

“Sadly we have had a terrible experience with Willow and Hall. We bought a living room chair from them two years ago but the seat has collapsed on itself. We are not particularly large people but Willow and Hall are refusing to accept that it could be a manufacturing fault. Avoid Avoid Avoid.”

“I’ve been invited to write a review about my ‘ Willow and Hall’ experience so here it is. After 5 years the sofa has maintained its shape and general condition. It certainly looks impressive and the sofa bed is easy to operate and comfortable. The downside is that it isn’t comfortable at all. Fine to sit on for short periods but the promise that was made that it would become softer after use never happened. I was told by a member of your staff to invite all the neighbours in to repeatedly sit on it to soften it. I paid a lot of money for this sofa and in my case the returns policy didn’t exist.”

“After being let down by another well known retailer I stumbled upon Willow and Hall having never heard of them before. Their customer service was wonderful, efficient. Their prices were better than the other well known retailer and the quality of the sofa bed we purchased was excellent. 5 years on and I am still very happy with the quality of the sofa bed which has been used many times.”

“I have had my sofa bed for 5 years now and its quality means it's as good a new. The bed remains comfortable, the mattress is good quality and the upholstery fabric us as good as when we bought it. A lovely piece of furniture which these days can be hard to find!”

“We bought a sofa bed for a spare room and it's only ben used sparingly as a sofa but quite a few times for relatives, most recently for our small granddaughters who are perfectly happy jumping around on it (along with sometimes deciding to sleep too). The pull out mechanism is easy to use as well. It still looks good.”

“5 years into owning a 2 and 3 seater sofa and we could not be happier with the quality! We have 2 small kids who "abuse" the sofas and they still look great (the sofas not the kids). We try to rotate the cushions to spread the load and maybe this helps to keep it looking great. They were not the cheapest but I'm glad we took the plunge with a company who clearly take pride in manufacturing a quality product. On the back of this purchase we also bought a single chair for the bedroom, which is also first class. We really like the classic style of the sofas, too many companies try to re-invent the wheel. W&H with our product kept it simple! When we finally get round to replacing the initial sofas, Willow and Hall will be top of the list for a replacement. P.s. I never write reviews but in this instance made an exception.”
