Ordered and paid for next day delivery of a freewheel hub. After numerous failed emails it arrived 16 days late. (Yesterday). Opened the loose package (not even boxed). The split ring that holds the pawls in place was in 2 pieces, leaving 2 pawls inplace and 1 loose in the bag rendering it useless . I should have gone to a shop and got it sorted I'd be riding by now. I've now got the hassel of returning the useless hub. Totally lost all faith in this company now.

Please steer clear of Wiggle Please steer clear of Wiggle! Extremely poor customer service. I have a fault with a bike I haven't even ridden yet due to a faulty pedal and they have washed their hands of all responsibility. The bike cost almost (£1500) which shouldn't matter as it should be fit for purpose. The point is Wiggle will take your money and if you have a problem they'll then 'wriggle'. I wish I'd spent my money elsewhere and will never buy another item from them.

Just awful, promised delivery on April 17th, still not here on 26th. Refunded £4.99 postage but had to order tube from another supplier. Don’t bother ordering from wiggle

Paid extra for weekend delivery, Hermes said put ghto letterbox at 7.14pm, and then again at approx 7.47pm. No item. Unable to contact Hermes (as usual). Unable to contact Wiggle, live chat "busy" continuously and no phone number. Not recommended, no customer care.

So this is my situation with this website, Saturday 14 I place an order of 156 pound pair of shoes and pair of Spd cleats with a next day Delivery, on Sunday 15 at 11:18 an update from Hermes, were sorry your parcel has been delayed, from that no more update I can't contact Hermes because apparently is another company made by robot, from Sunday evening wiggle said, no we are not responsible for this, thank you wiggle for leave your customer alone after purchasing something, no more money for this rubbish and ridiculous website, better to put the money inside a rubbish bin, last thing for your CEO sir or lady, instead of running a website go to work as a cleaner for hotels or public toilets I think is better for you, and leave this business to serious people

They are so incompetent, you couldn't make it up. They are clueless morons who have given me so much stress over an order. To be quite honest I wouldn't know where to begin.

omg,returns,exchanges...how awful.i bought some knee pads which were to small using my parents paypal,to return an item you have to open an account,for which i had to use my parents email,no purchases come up on my history.i got £10 off for being a new customer.if i want a replacement im no longer a new customer and have to pay an extra £10 to exchange because they dont exchange.stupid stupid stupid system.even the live chat is unhelpful.i dont get it because they and chain reaction are the same,but chain reaction are great and easy,wiggle are not.i wouldnt bother using wiggle again,although i will use chainreaction...and im now stuck with a brand new pair of race face flanks that are to small..thanks wiggle.

Wiggle used to be an amazing company they held items in stock and delivered them quickly..... That is not the case anymore, now they say it's "in stock" but it's probably somewhere deep in the warehouse in Europe, you order something it comes from multiple different parcel companies over a period of days irrelevant of what kind of shipping you pay for. Oh and when this does happen don't even think about contacting customer services because they don't really have any anymore they have an email address and they might get back to you in a couple of days if you're lucky!!! In my opinion find a basket worth of things you'd like to buy from Wiggle and then find other suppliers to fulfill them, won't be much in the price but you'll get far better customer service.

Bought a 2Xu wetsuit that i particularly wanted. It arrived dirty, with 5 seam gapes, and the pattern on the neck worn off. No labels also which has me thinking it was a demo or a used return. I put in a complaint, and was offered 10% off an entry level wetsuit and expected to return the current one at my own cost (probably costing more than the discount on the unwanted wetsuit). I suggested a refund of the difference of what the wetsuit would have cost second hand and have got crickets in return. They have also not address the fact that their was a missing item (wetsuit lube) that should have been in the order.

Took my money, paid for next day delivery and no goods arrived. Email them and they say use the live chat, live chat been busy for the last two days. Won't be using again.

Customer service. Prioritising company policy above the customer needs, waiting for answer (e-mail) too long (a week), ignoring customer feedback. Don't buy anything from them, waste of time and money.

Buyers beware! I purchased a 260 pair of cycling shoes to be delivered to Canada without shipping charges. I was then charged 100 dollars by the delivery company. I accept import, duties, and taxes, but this charge is far beyond that. It's also deceptive, as wiggle indicated 'no shipping fees.' So far, I've been brushed off by wiggle and told to contact the courier. Will update if this changes.

Appalling customer service. They forced me to receive items and return them after I had immediately (within a half hour late at night and again first thing in the morning - twice by e-mail and once by Live Chat) reported an error - my fault I admit but I contacted them immediately and repeatedly. They persistently ignored the information I gave them; they cost me unnecessary postage and a 20 miles' round trip with what should have been an unnecessary `Returns' parcel ... You could not make it up - not to mention the sheer rudeness to the point of treating a customer with disdain. Their so-called "TotheTop" complaints mechanism - supposedly to the CEO - is a joke because it's just their `Support@wiggle,,," my experience of which is a crude mixture of incompetence and rudeness. A refund of my postage has never arrived but that's peanuts compared with what it's cost me in time and frustration. I have been a Wiggle customer for at least ten years but I will never use them again.

Wiggle and Hermes. A match made in hell. Both as clueless as the other. Second ( and last ) time I’ve ordered with Wiggle. Her es the courier both times. Guess what. No delivery. Ever. And then Wiggle drag their feet to give your money back. Reading a lot of reviews of people complaining about theft and Hermes drivers forging signatures of delivery . Pretty serious stuff. I won’t get caught again. There are far better and bigger online retailers with much better service and actual customer service that works. Wiggle. I want my money back

Ordered 3 products and told they were dispatched. 3 weeks later I'm told the products are being returned to sender, no explanation why my products won't be delivered. Told I'll receive a refund 7 days after wiggle receive my goods. I'm puzzled and mystified and obviously wont be using wiggle ever again. Let my cycling club know the problem too.

I ordered a pair of goggles and Hermes left a card saying left with a neighbour but no tracking number or 3 times attempt delivery, also on Hermes web the scanned card on the signature said unable to sign. Knocked on every door in the street and no parcel. Contacted Wiggle whom contacted Hermes who said they has delivered, lying *****. Wiggle said they would send replacements priority delivery, this did not happen only a mail a day later saying I had to sign and scan a declaration form to say I had not received my goggles, basically accusing me of lying. Absolute shocking services by wiggles courier service and would never use again as long as I live!!!

I placed my first order with Wiggle last week and received an incorrect item - not great, but I realise accidents happen. I tried to call them, but they have no customer service phone number that I could find. I then emailed to let them know and was told that I’d need to send a photo of the incorrect item, which I did the following morning. I made Wiggle aware that I needed my item quickly (because of a race that I was doing after a holiday). I then waited 2 working days for a response to say that they had verified I’d been sent the wrong item and that I’d need to return it before I could get either a refund or the item I ordered sent out. In my view, this is terrible customer service. I was sent an incorrect item (Wiggle’s mistake) and have now had to order the item elsewhere whilst waiting for my refund from Wiggle. Not worth the risk if you need your item for a specific race/event!

I ordered two items and paid extra for a Saturday delivery. The items did not showed up. I simply got a message indicating they were 'delayed'. I had to contact Wiggle and I was told they would be delivered on Monday between 8 am and 8 pm. Terrible customer service, did not help or offered any solution. I cancelled the order and their delivery partner, Hermes still went ahead and apparently delivered the package but to the wrong address. Now I have to fill in forms and write emails to get a refund. What a waist of time! Not a good service. This is my second time shopping at Wiggle, and the first time this happened as well. I would not recommend shopping with them, bad experience, they are not reliable.
