“DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Information on products is incorrect you purchase from them online and will be required to send back at your own cost even when calling the shop they have no idea what they are doing. Very poor service and people in the phones are very rude and will not help you in any way. All they kept saying was did we get a name of the person we spoke with Also be very careful purchasing online they often take money for items they have not got in stock and had no idea when it would be delivered. GO ELSE WHERE !!”

“Ordered a towbar - this came within the week as expected. A telephone number was supplied to third party fitter. To cut a long story short - fobbed off by the fitters, 2 months later and a third date to fit missed, I had to return the towbar. The external fitters (RD Autoelectrics) were rude and put the phone down on me on the third missed fitting date after I stated that the service was poor. Formed the impression that towsure custom was a low priority. Returned the towbar to Towsure and refunded the amount and I organised a local fitter a a much reduced cost. I can not understand how Towsure charge a Premium price but are unable to influence the fitters and make it happen!. A poor experience and not to be repeated. Shame but saved me money (£155!) in the end.”

“Bought a towbar with fitting service. Promised delivery in 5-7 days. Well the parts arrived in about 24 hours (well done DHL!), but the fitting was not available for 3 weeks! The website promises delivery in 5-7 working days, but does not make clear that this only covers the component part of the order. We had to cancel the fitting (for which they readily gave a refund - they're obviously well practised at it!) and scratch around for a local fitter who could do it.”

“Not happy with towsure. I ordered ,which I thought, was a convector heater for my new caravan. nowhere on the page did it say that it was a fan heater. But I did receive a fan heater. When I contacted towsure they said.on the website it shows,on the box, that it a fan heater. When I asked about returns and getting my money back they said that it would cost ME £9-50 to get it picked up. They said if I had looked on the box on the website i would have seen it. I am very disappointed and won't deal with them again. V booth”

“This company should be avoided at all cost.. Some companies ask 'What could we do better?' In Towsures case it's, everything !! If it was possible to give zero stars then I would. Your customer service is simply awful. Items ordered that are showing in stock are cancelled as 'out of stock'. This has happened many times not just to me but others as well. I have even rang in, confirmed that the item I wanted was in stock for delivery. I was assured it was so went ahead and ordered. Two days later, order cancelled as unavailable !! Emails not responded to, long waits on the phone, long waits for refunds of cancelled orders. I now don't even search your website for items I need. This review will not get acted on and nothing will change as you simply do not care. I have dealt with you many times over the years but now something has as they say, 'broke' and you are simply not dealing with it. My dealings with you are at an end...... good luck...”

“AVOID TOWSURE. Ordered kids camping bunks. Paid for them. Got the receipt and the delivery confirmation. Four days later they write to tell me they're out of stock leaving no time to find a replacement. They haven't refunded me, won't answer emails and the phone is permanently engaged. AVOID.”

“Ordered a table & chairs on 22/7...item has never showed up and no contact from Towsure. Have tried email, Facebook and days trying the constantly engaged phone lines...have just managed to get through on 5/8 to say my item is out of stock and there are no signs of it being available.....due to Covid!! No contact from Towsure apologising or informing me that it’s out of stock!!”

“AVOID! Odered online, only part of the order delivered after almost two weeks. Have tried to call but always engaged, spoke to their Halesowen store who said even they can't get through. Emails unanswered. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY”

“Money taken and not all goods supplied. Can't get through on the phone, constantly engaged. Sent emails. No response to any of them. Have had to lodge a complaint with Trading Standards. Had I wanted to throw money down the drain I would have stepped outside and done so. ABSOLUTELY AVOID TOWSURE AT ALL COSTS.”

“BEWARE. Ordered motor home seat covers in early June. They did not fit. Returned for refund as told by their Sheffield office. Called for update early July, they found my package but said lockdown had caused the delay. Promised speedy credit. Today 21st July nothing and nobody answers the phone.”

“Ordered towbar online, paid through paypal. When I chased order a week later , they had lost all records of it, promised me a call back to sort out, which didn't materialise. Had to chase them again, then they couldn't give me a delivery date, so cancelled order. On the positive they did refund paypal quickly”

“Great deal on my new tailgate awning. I'd heard of Towsure but not bothered before as I thought it was all just wobble box stuff but plenty for the camper van. I'll be back when I get my loyalty card voucher”

“We bought a via mondo camping table from Towsure - top swelled up first time it was used. Towsure refused a refund saying we should have known that this camping table ( that was described as a camping table not awning table) could not be used outdoors. Not impressed as their website does not make this clear at all .. and they are supposed to be an outdoor shop.”

“I bought a Vango Bistro kitchen from Towsure Sheffield today. It's a round trip of 75 miles from where I Live. Got home unpacked the goods only to find the item had been built wrong at the factory and one of the shelf brackets was rivetted on the wrong way. I rung the shop who agreed to change it but I had to drive back to Sheffield. I went back, and they did exchange. I told them I had driven in total 150 miles as a result (2trips) all I got was sorry... I at least expected a bit of discount for the trouble. But no.. I even had to buy my own coffee in their cafe .. sorry Towsure not good customer service. Go outdoor s in future..”

“This must rank among the very worst of businesses to try to do business with. When the product was delivered the fitter who had travelled over 50 miles to reach our home found there were parts missing from the towbar kit that he was there to fit. Their attempts to correct the problem were febrile; the suggestion that they might put someone in a car and drive up to deliver it today were dismissed as nonsense and when I said "that was a stupid remark" the girl, who claimed to be a "manager" slammed the phone down. As the fitter pointed out one package containing bolts had been torn open and the opened package stuffed into a new bag and sealed. Dealing with this company has been a nightmare from the start. What went wrong - It would be easier and quicker to say what went right! -NOTHING IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING USING TOWSURE, I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU LOOK ELSEWHERE!”
